A beastly alien who emerged from the ocean depths one day and decided to make his home on the beach. Although his appearance can be frightening at first, he is not at all hostile, and just as sentient as any chicken -- though the structure of his vocal chords does not allow him to communicate with others using spoken language. Instead, he has adapted to using gestures and mimicking the body language of other chickens, along with grunts and screeches to get his point across. He has made good friends with many of the locals, including the beach gang, who are gradually teaching him to understand English.

He LOVES the ocean; the crashing waves remind him of his homeplanet. Although his biology is not well understood, his nature is akin to some Earth animals, like whales and dolphins, except he can spend a much longer time above the surface before needing to return to the water to rehydrate. Freshwater will not sustain him; he requires a lot of salt to survive. Since he often spends more time than he should above water while hanging out with his friends on the beach, they help him out in different ways to let him play longer -- like bringing bucketfuls of saltwater for him to soak in. His favorite Earth food is french fries, which he gets from a nearby grill. Hibiscus also often brings him free margaritas with extra salt around the rim.
