They are the right hand of anything having to do with Glory's motivations, less like a reluctant government worker, and more like an overzealous acolyte, though they do mask well as the former. If you see them being manipulated by a twig legged orange mimic, PLEASE leave them alone, they are exactly where they want to be. Glory doesn't recognize this of course.
