🔒 Eggspadition Steps didn't regenerate

My Steps didnt regenerate during roll-over of the server today :) I dont believe Ive used them today but I did last night before roll-over.

Yeah, this is a really odd one! I have not changed the code that handles this in ages, so either there's a server load problem or something else that is only being revealed with new members joining. I'm going to wait and see if it happens again tonight. If so then I will fix it!

It happened again today, so I've updated the regeneration code to directly update every Eggspedition instead of using one of its methods. Will monitor for if it happens again, but won't be able to fix it until I come back from vacation - I'll probably refresh it by hand in the meantime, since it's a once-daily task.
