Lore-wise, it would be a shorter list to say what HASN'T happened to him. ... That short list is even shorter now, as we can add "turned into a chicken" to the list of what HAS happened to him.
Syren is cursed to wander all worlds, all timelines, completely at random. As a result, his body has been warped and twisted until it's become almost unrecognizeable compared to how he was before. Syren keeps moving via a somewhat volatile mixture of necessity and raw, spiteful defiance at this point, although he calms down somewhat into just being chaotic and lighthearted when he encounters people he cares about or people who aren't as likely to attack him.
