Thread: PWYW Haibuns for Eggs! (OPEN)

Hello hello!! I uh. Really need eggs for modulators lol. SO hey. You. Do you want writing of your chicken? A haibun, perhaps?

If you don't know what a haibun is, it's a mixture of prose and haiku. In its most typical form (and the form I will be doing here), it starts with prose and concludes with a haiku. I don't have a chicken example prepared but here's a short haibun I wrote that'll be close to what you're getting, but with chicken and slightly longer (around 100-300 words):

Dew remaining from the June thunderstorm glistened in the moonlight. The ground of the forest, still faintly charred by wildfire, teemed with life beneath its regrowing vegetation. The earliest of the fireflies danced in the night, blinking like green sparks from the blaze’s aftermath. Beneath a burnt log, there was an ever-so-small movement.

The glowworm escaped
From their pupa, spread their wings
And joined midnight flames.
