Thread: Splicers/Modulators not being consumed upon use

so I was finally getting to modulating this chicken

But upon buying the splicers n such, after use the items haven't left my inventory (I used the items immediately after buying)

I'm guessing this has to do with the new full resale update thing

edit: I bought a modulate base n head pattern splicer
